The former Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani (1972-1995), was honored with the Order of Pakistan, a heptagon-shaped medal featuring green, white, and gold colors. The Pakistani President presented the medal, which is attached to a ribbon of green and white stripes and adorned with a green, white, and gold pin. The medal itself boasts a crescent and stars, as well as the words "Medal of Pakistan" written in Urdu.
