This National Order of the Ivory Coast was presented to His Highness The Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, ruler of Qatar from 1995-2013, in recognition of his efforts in developing international ties. The medallion, attached to an orange ribbon, is cross shaped, with white handles surrounded by a red border. The circle in the middle of the cross is gold with a green border. The medallion is encircled with a wreath.
